We are Moniker Ferments, a small kombucha maker in Fayetteville, AR. We began in September 2014 founded by Josh and Emily Cassidy when we saw a need in Fayetteville for a local kombucha. The very first tea we made was for Onyx Coffee Lab with the intent to make a kombucha that was delicious, affordable, and accessible to everyone in our community. When that took off we kept growing to meet the needs of NWA as a region.
Moniker Ferments believes in making good things for all people. Therefore every ingredient we use is organic, vegan, and ethically sourced to ensure we are treating all things and all people with love and respect.
